The challenge

Keeping up with content production across a YouTube channel, blog, and socials without rewriting every piece personally. One voice, five platforms, one overworked founder.

What I built

Automated blog post pipeline. AI writing calibrated to his voice. Automatic repurposing into short-form social copy. Scheduling pre-populated. The founder reviews and approves, doesn't write from zero.

The outcome

Consistent output without the founder becoming the bottleneck. The system ships whether he's filming or on a flight.

Real estate cold outbound

The challenge

Team needed a steady pipeline of seller and investor conversations but manual outreach capped at 20 sends per person per day. Generic templates were hitting reply rates on the floor. They couldn't hire their way out.

What I built

Full cold email engine. Scrapes the target list from public data. Enriches each prospect with deal-relevant context. AI writes the opener per prospect in the team's voice. Sends from warmed domains. Reply detection triggers a human handoff.

The outcome

Retainer paying per qualified lead ($100 to $250 each). Pipeline goes up while headcount stays flat.

Beauty education

The challenge

Facebook ads generating enrollment interest but leads going cold inside 24 hours without human follow-up. Enrollment conversion leaking. Founder fielding DMs at 11pm trying to save leads the ads had already paid for.

What I built

Full FB ad lead nurture inside GoHighLevel. Lead hits the form, instantly gets SMS and email, pre-qualifies, lands on a booking page. Multi-step 14-day sequence if the lead goes cold. AI assistant handles mid-sequence questions automatically.

The outcome

Faster first-touch, higher enrollment conversion. The founder got her evenings back.

Multiple B2B senders

Cold outbound

The challenge

Generic cold email templates hitting sub-1% reply rates. Personalization at scale was the unlock, but doing it manually meant one SDR could only send 30 good emails a day.

What I built

Per-prospect research pipeline. Scrapes LinkedIn, company site, recent news, and social. Feeds the context into an icebreaker generator that writes the opening line specific to each lead. Slots into any ESP.

The outcome

Reply rates climbed from the floor. One SDR became three SDRs worth of output without adding heads.

Multiple DTC operators

Social DMs

The challenge

Instagram inbound at volume, team answering the same questions across DMs. Missed messages meant missed sales. No coverage outside business hours.

What I built

AI DM responder with intent detection. Handles FAQ, pricing, availability automatically. Detects real buying intent and pings a human. Handles 24/7 coverage without a VA.

The outcome

Coverage around the clock. Human team steps in only when the conversation matters. Sales don't leak at 2am.
